Shipping & Returns

  • Under $50 a $4 shipping fee will be added.
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours.
  • We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages by shipping services.  If you, for some reason, did not receive your package please let us know and we will be happy to file a claim. You will not be reimbursed for the items unless the shipping provider reimburses the package as a whole.

Damaged Goods:

We take great pride in inspecting all inventory before it is shipped out or sold.  IF you believe that your item has arrived to you damaged you MUST notify us within THREE days of receiving your item(s). 

We will not accept items past the three days OR after wear or wash.  Please make sure you follow the care instructions on your items.

  • Returns. WE want you to be completely satisfied. If you need to return / exchange your item(s) you have 14 days of purchase or delivery date.
  • Returns with a gift receipt are only eligible for store credit for the current sales price of the item(s) (time of return / exchange).
  • ALL accessories, hats, Love Your Melon hats, mixologies oils / lotions,  intimates, consumables, and SALE ITEMS are FINAL and not eligible for return, exchange, or credit. 
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility and can be sent to:
