We take great pride in inspecting all inventory before it is shipped out or sold. IF you believe that your item has arrived to you damaged you MUST notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s).

We accept returns for a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date you received your order. Either brought back to the store within the 7 days, or shipped out by the 7th day.
We accept returns for store credit or exchange ONLY within 8-14 calendar days from the date you received your order. Either brought back to the store within the 14 days, or shipped out by the 14th day.
All sale items are FINAL SALE. No returns will be accepted for sale items.
All intimates, mixology, and headwear are FINAL SALE.
Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or a store credit.
Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. The item must be returned with original tags/packaging still attached.
Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you.
All return requests must be received within the 14 day window (from the date of your package delivery if bought online or in store purchase date), no exceptions will be made.
We highly recommend washing all items before wear. We are not responsible for damages after the wear of any item.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Any gifts purchased in store or online can be exchanged for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Customer must present gift receipt with item and item must have tags attached to be eligible for exchange. The store credit will be issued based on the price the item being exchanged is currently marked at, no exceptions will be made.
IF you ordered online and didn't mention you needed a gift receipt for your purchase please reach out to us and we will happily provide one to you.
