Return Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We truly hope you are satisfied with your purchase.  However, we fully understand that not everything works for every person!  

If you have a need to return you can do so within 21 days of your purchase in store or 21 days of the order's delivery date if you ordered online or through our Six Cypress app.

Once we have received the returned goods we will credit your account within 10 business days.  Original shipping charges are not included in the refund price.  Based on your financial institution your refund can take up to 2-10 business days to reflect a credit on your account statement. 

Items can be returned IF they are unworn, unaltered, unwashed with no make up or deodorant stains and free of fragrance / scent (including smoke).  They must have the original tags attached.  Shoes must be returned in a mailer or box in their original condition; meaning they must be in their original box and be free of shipping labels and tape.  No exceptions will be made.

Upon receiving your item(s) we will issue you a refund, store credit, or exchange.  If you choose to exchange an item you will be invoiced $4 for shipping the new item to you.  All shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.

ALL accessories, hats, Love Your Melon hats, mixologies oils / lotions,  undergarments, and SALE ITEMS are FINAL.  They will be rejected if returned.  Customer will be responsible for shipping to get item back.

DAMAGED GOODS:

We take great pride in inspecting all inventory before it is shipped out or sold.  IF you believe that your item has arrived to you damaged you MUST notify us within THREE days of receiving your item(s).  

We will not accept items past the three days OR after wear or wash.  Please make sure you follow the care instructions on your items.

GIFTS:

If you received an item as a gift you will receive a store credit for a future purchase with us. The credit will be in the amount that the item is currently priced at if you do not have receipt or gift receipt. 

SALE ITEMS:

ALL SALE items are FINAL SALE and not eligible to be returned, refunded, or exchanged. 

Returns cannot be returned to alternate cards of different forms of payment.
